Hailed as a rising star by the magazine International Piano, Christina was recently praised by John Lill for her "remarkable musical and pianistic qualities".

After studying at Chetham's School of Music, she read Music at Cambridge University. Subsequently the Royal College of Music awarded her a Leverhuime Postgraduate Studentship, enabling her to study with Yonty Solomon.

She has won many prizes in national and international competitions, and has been generously sponsored by the Scottish Arts Council.

Recent engagements have included a Wigmore Hall recital debut as a Park Lane Young Artist, recitals at the Purcell Room, live BBC Radio 3 broadcasts and a recital for the South Bank Centre's Fresh Young Musicians' Platform series.
